Experienced US TRUCKING DISPATCHER

Responsibilities:
? Plan, coordinate, and dispatch loads for OTR drivers
? Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
? Negotiate rates and book loads with brokers and shippers
? Monitor shipments and resolve any on-road issues
? Maintain accurate records and update dispatch software
? Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers

Requirements:
???? Minimum 3+ years of experience as a truck dispatcher (OTR)
???? Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
???? Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
???? Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
???? Familiarity with load boards, broker portals, and dispatch systems
???? Knowledge of DOT regulations and industry best practices
???? Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
