Experienced Truck Dispatcher

We are a new US Truck/Freight dispatching company but backed by partners who are in the truck dispatching business for over a decade. We are dedicated to providing reliable and efficient freight solutions. We pride ourselves on professionalism, excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with carriers and brokers. We’re looking for experienced truck dispatchers to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:

We will be working and partnering with Owner Operaters directly
Dispatch trucks and coordinate loads effectively to meet customer deadlines.
Communicate with carriers and brokers to negotiate rates and secure loads.
Monitor driver locations, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues during transit.
Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers, customers, and team members.
Use dispatching software and tools to track loads, update schedules, and manage records.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a truck dispatcher in a logistics or transportation company.
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Experience making calls to carriers and brokers to negotiate and secure loads.
Familiarity with dispatching software and tools, Loadboards such as DAT, Truckstop
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of freight markets and industry regulations.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
If you have experience reaching out the Truckers to bring them onboard, we will compensate for that as well.
Self motivated and can work unsupervised.
