Experienced T-Shirt Designer Print on Demand (400$ - 550$/Month, Longterm Relationship)

We are a german company which mainly operates in the Print on Demand business (Spreadshirt, Merch By Amazon) for about 7 years. Now it's time for us to expand and invest in the future so therefore we are looking for new reliable longterm employees.

Who are we looking for?
- Experienced longterm T-Shirt Designer in Print On Demand (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator)
- Skills in lettering are welcome
- English Skills (important for the future communication)
- Experience in copyright and trademarks for shirts (in europe and us area)
- Reliable (One of the most important aspects)
- Constant level
- ability to create invoices for our tax documents (it's very important, at the moment we use PayPal with our employees because it's the most easy way to create invoices)
-Ability to use AI tools (you will get access to Leonardo AI and CreativeFabrica Spark, other AI tools can be discussed)
- Normally we are working from Monday - Friday so the weekend is off

What do we offer?
- Salary 400$-550$ (2$ - 3$ per design (it depends on the quality)
-> We are also ready to pay more than the above mentioned salary if the quality is very good
- Christmas Bonus (We will double your Salary in November or December (you decide when))
- Punctual payment (We attach great importance to processing payments as quickly as possible; our employees currently wait an average of 10 minutes for payment)
