Experienced Store Manager (E-commerce & Operations)

Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager, who will provide strategic and operational leadership to our webshop and team.

What will you do?:

- Optimise processes: You will analyse current workflows and implement improvements immediately.
- Team management and coaching: You ensure clear objectives, clear division of tasks and a strong team spirit.
- Margin and budget management: You keep an eye on margins, optimise contact with suppliers and set up smarter purchasing structures.
- Reporting and analysis: You monitor performance, report results and come up with data-driven solutions.
- Quality assurance: You tackle problems at the root and monitor the store's high quality standards.
