Olivetree Marketing is a boutique marketing company based in Sydney, and we are looking for an experienced full time content creator to join our awesome and professional team. You will play a pivotal role in planning and creating content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and infographics.
Your expertise will drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, ultimately contributing to the company’s and our clients’ growth and success.

Here is what you’ll be doing:
1. Content Writing
Write, edit, and proofread compelling and shareable content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and infographics.
2. Content Strategy and Research
Conduct research and collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support overarching marketing goals and initiatives and to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
3. Visual Content Creation
Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
4. Content Optimisation
Optimise content for SEO to improve visibility and reach. Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
5. Brand Alignment
Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines and maintains brand voice and tone consistently.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with clients, and team members, to coordinate content initiatives and campaigns and to develop digital marketing strategies.
7. CMS Management
Editing and updating content in WordPress and other platforms as needed.

8. Analytics and Reporting
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.

Key Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in content creation, especially SEO content writing and social media content creation
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Proficiency in organic and paid social media tools
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying up to date with industry trends
• Video editing
• Journalism background is a plus
