Job Overview:
Rock My Resume is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Resume Writer to join our team. As a Resume Writer at Rock My Resume, you will be responsible for crafting customized, high-quality resumes and cover letters that help clients stand out in a competitive job market. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their career history, accomplishments, and job objectives, turning that information into polished and professional documents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create Tailored Resumes: Write personalized resumes that showcase clients' skills, experiences, and achievements in a clear and compelling format.
* Cover Letter Writing: Develop customized cover letters that align with the client’s job target and highlight their qualifications.
* Client Communication: Work directly with clients to gather information, understand their career goals, and incorporate their input into the documents.
* Research: Stay informed on current trends in the job market, resume writing best practices, and industry-specific expectations.
* Revisions and Feedback: Offer revisions to clients’ documents based on feedback, ensuring complete satisfaction with the final product.
* Document Formatting: Ensure resumes and cover letters are visually appealing, easy to read, and professionally formatted.
* Client Support: Provide additional advice and insights for job applications, including resume optimization and job search strategies when needed.
* Quality Assurance: Review all documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting consistency before submission.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in resume writing, content writing, copywriting, technical writing, or proposal creation, preferably in a professional or freelance capacity.
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Strong understanding of resume formats, industry-specific needs, and job market trends.
* Ability to tailor resumes for different job roles, industries, and career levels (entry-level to executive).
* Strong communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other resume formatting tools.
* A professional, client-focused attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
