Experienced Recruiter (Female, Fluent English, $800+)

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us find models and video models to join our team. If you know how to use Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms to find the right people, and you’re not afraid to explore new ideas and markets, we’d love to work with you!

Your main focus will be reaching out to as many candidates as possible and getting them excited about working with us. We’re all about building a big network of people who want to collaborate - this job is about connecting with a lot of potential talent, not just finding the “perfect” ones.

What You’ll Do:
- Search for models and video models using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and other online tools.
- Reach out to potential candidates and build strong relationships with them.
- Explore new markets and find creative ways to connect with people.
- Help guide recruits through the onboarding process.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in recruiting models or video models, or a similar role.
- Fluent English with great communication skills.
- Confidence using social media and online tools to find and connect with people.
- Organized, proactive, and focused on results.

Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT (optional).
- Experience using social media for recruiting.
