About the Role:
As our Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building our team by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to extending offers.
Utilize online platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to source and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing skills and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
Proactively identify and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, specifically within homecare, ABA therapy, or behavioral health.
Proven proficiency in utilizing online recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and related roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 1 accuracy.

Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona Time.
