Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to join our growing wholesaling business. Your primary role will be to connect with property owners, build rapport, and identify motivated sellers for off-market deals. If you have proven experience in real estate wholesaling cold calling and are passionate about sales, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to property owners using a provided calling list and script.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria (e.g., property condition, motivation to sell, asking price).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth hand-off of qualified leads.
Adapt scripts as needed to overcome objections and build trust with potential sellers.

Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate wholesaling cold calling.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Familiarity with dialer tools, preferably CallTools, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Podio, Mojo Dialer, or comparable).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
A professional and goal-oriented attitude with a focus on results.

Compensation:
Base Pay: $150 for 40 hours per week.
Deal Closure Bonus: $150 for every lead that results in a closed deal.

Work Schedule:
PST Time Zone: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
