Position: Full-Time Real Estate Cold Caller
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day (U.S. business hours)
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses

Requirements:
Fluent English (10/10) – No strong accents, must be clear and professional
Minimum 2+ years experience cold calling in real estate – Residential seller leads preferred
Proven success in lead generation, handling objections, and closing for appointments
Private, quiet workspace – No background noise or distractions
Reliable, high-speed internet & noise-canceling headset
Ability to meet or exceed daily lead quotas
Excellent communication & rapport-building skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and call tracking software
Self-motivated and goal-driven

What You’ll Be Doing:
Calling homeowners to gauge their interest in selling
Overcoming objections and qualifying leads
Scheduling appointments for acquisitions team
Updating CRM & call logs with lead details
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly quotas
