Job Description
Agility Equity, a fast-paced real estate investment firm in South Florida, is looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Internal Sales Agents. This position offers a base pay of $2 USD per hour plus commission, giving you the opportunity to earn based on performance.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with homeowners, build relationships, and set up appointments for our team to close deals.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience cold calling (Must be in Real Estate industry, investment firm, agency, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years as Real Estate Lead Manager/Supervisor and/or Cold Caller Manager/Supervisor
3+ years of experience in Cold Calling (Must be in Real Estate industry, investment firm, agency, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowners to identify potential real estate opportunities.
Build rapport with prospects and set up appointments for follow-up meetings.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handoffs and successful deals.
Stay motivated and driven to meet team goals and personal earning targets.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to work the hours listed above.
