Experienced Proposal Writer (Government Contracts & Grants)

Job Description:
We are seeking an Experienced Proposal Writer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in writing successful proposals for government contracts and grants, be highly familiar with SAM.gov, and understand the intricacies of federal contracting procedures. Responsibilities include developing proposals, researching RFPs, managing the proposal development process, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a remote position, offering flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and submit winning proposals for government contracts and grants.
Analyze RFPs and ensure proposals meet eligibility criteria and compliance requirements.
Research and pursue new contract opportunities.
Manage the full proposal lifecycle: writing, editing, and submitting proposals.
Stay updated on government contracting processes, including SAM.gov.
Qualifications:

Strong understanding of government contracts and SAM.gov.
Proven experience in writing successful proposals for federal, state, or local contracts.
Excellent technical writing skills, with a focus on government RFPs and grants.
Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
Preferred:

Familiarity with FAR and agency-specific regulations.
Experience with environmental or construction-related contracts.
