Experienced Product Manager Wanted – Focus on Innovation and Quality (bol.com)

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Manager to take a leading role in improving our existing products and identifying new, high-value products. This is not a typical dropshipping role; we believe in thorough and strategic product research to achieve long-term success.

Your Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with our inventory manager, operations manager, and sourcing agents to:

- Identify new products that meet our customers' needs and align with our brand vision.
- Improve existing products, ensuring they remain competitive and continue to exceed customer expectations.
- Work actively with sourcing agents to find the best manufacturing options and explore custom product modifications that make our offerings stand out in the market.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis, focusing on platforms like Bol.com (similar to Amazon), to find products with long-term potential.
- Strategize on pricing, positioning, and marketing efforts tailored to Bol.com’s platform.
Monitor product performance and make recommendations for adjustments.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or a similar role, specifically with Bol.com or similar e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and identifying trends.
- A strategic thinker with a focus on quality and sustainable growth.
- Hands-on experience working with sourcing agents and customizing products.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Dutch language proficiency is an advantage, but not required.
