JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a podcast editor/producer to help get my podcast to market!

I havent launched it and need help: :)

This person will edit 4-5 podcasts per month (20-40 minutes, usually short)
- edit and publish 4-5 excellent sound quality podcasts per month to apple/spotify
- high attention to detail, remove filler words and unecessary talk
- Edit, remove filler words, fully listen to audio and tweak and remove filler words
- generate shownotes & reels of top highlights
- publish on simplecast or recommended software to spotify and apple
- Audio mastering and sound design
- Video editing for podcast promotion
- Scheduling and managing podcast episodes
- Graphic design for podcast branding

Requirements
- edit and publish 4-5 podcasts per month (1 per week - these are often recorded and batched)
- seasoned podcast professional with 2+ years podcast editing experience
- strong attention to detail
-ability to hit deadlines
- extremely reliable, easy to work with
- fast and responsive
- Use existing intro music and intro words to create a standard overlay
- generate shownotes
- experience in riverside and publishing platforms


A trial run for 30 days will be a probationary period will be ineffect to monitor quality of work
