We’re looking for a skilled and data-driven Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our team and take ownership of paid media for high-volume e-commerce stores.
If you’ve managed $200K–$300K+ per month in ad spend independently, have a sharp performance mindset, and know how to scale while staying profitable — this role is for you.
???? Role Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta
Test creatives, hooks, angles, and audiences at scale
Monitor daily performance across multiple ad accounts
Provide clear performance breakdowns and actionable feedback
Collaborate with creative/content team to brief and review UGC/ad creatives
Identify winning campaigns and scale them profitably
Manage ad budgets with strong attention to ROAS and CPA goals
? Requirements:
Proven experience managing $200K–$300K+ monthly ad spend solo
Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, attribution, and optimization
Strong analytical mindset — you live in the data and know how to react to trends
Clear communicator, able to explain what’s working, what’s not, and why
Experience working with DTC/e-commerce brands, preferably in fashion or beauty
Comfortable working independently and hitting KPIs with minimal supervision

$4/hour
Remote position (part-time, with potential for more hours based on performance)
Flexible schedule, but must be available for check-ins and updates when needed
