Experienced Media Buyer

DAP Brands is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional to join our team as a Media Buyer who is passionate about media planning, negotiation, and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying strategic media opportunities, negotiating favorable terms with media vendors, and executing advertising campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement media buying strategies to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
- Research and analyze media channels, audience demographics, and market trends to identify optimal advertising opportunities.
- Negotiate media rates, placements, and contracts with vendors to secure the best possible deals and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to develop integrated media plans that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to optimize media spend and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and new media platforms to inform strategic decision-making and innovation.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer, Media Planner, or similar role, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of media planning principles, advertising channels, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors.
- Proficiency in media buying tools and platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
