JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented B2B Digital Marketing Operations Manager to support our paid media team by coordinating campaigns, managing content workflows, and driving task execution. The ideal candidate will act as the glue between the team lead, campaign managers, and clients, ensuring smooth operations, efficient task prioritization, and excellent client communication.
This is a coordination-heavy role focused on task management, content organization, and operational excellence, with limited involvement in campaign strategy or direct optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the team in setting up remarketing campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, Facebook), where no performance goals are involved.
* Coordinate with the team lead to ensure all campaigns are aligned with the client’s requirements and deadlines.
* Ensure assets (creative and content) are uploaded to campaigns as per timelines.
* Organize and track client content to ensure timely approvals and seamless delivery.
* Collaborate with the client and internal teams to refine content and prepare campaign briefs.
* Oversee the content delivery process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
* Summarize meeting action items and distribute tasks to the appropriate team members.
* Monitor task deadlines and proactively follow up with the team to ensure completion.
* Prepare and maintain a weekly task tracker, reporting updates to the team lead.
* Collaborate with the team lead to prepare the weekly client meeting deck, summarizing progress, updates, and next steps.
* Organize key insights and ensure the deck is ready for review and presentation.
* Act as the primary point of coordination between the client, team lead, and campaign managers.
* Escalate issues or bottlenecks to the team lead as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, project management, or client account coordination.
* Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and campaign workflows.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency or managing multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in task management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience coordinating marketing projects in a B2B environment.
* Basic understanding of remarketing campaign workflows and best practices.
* Experience preparing client-facing presentations or reports.
* Familiarity with data reporting tools like Google Sheets or Looker Studio.
