Experienced Insurance Quoting Expert

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Insurance Data Entry & Quoting Specialist to join our agency on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in basic data entry, managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and conducting online quoting. This role is crucial in supporting our agency’s daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing insurance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:
Accurately input and update insurance data into our systems.
Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity.
Certificates of Insurance (COIs):
Prepare, process, and manage COIs as required.
Ensure timely issuance and follow-up on COI requests.
Online Quoting:
Conduct online insurance quoting based on client and agency requirements.
Evaluate and input quote information accurately to support customer inquiries.
General Support:
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to streamline workflow and resolve discrepancies.
Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry, COI processing, and online quoting within the insurance industry.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with common computer applications and online insurance tools.

Work Schedule:
Part-time position (possibility to extend to full time, if proven to be a good employee)
Hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST
