JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a full-time position for someone with experience handling high email volumes, using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and working with Shopify.

Responsibilities:
Handle 500+ emails per day efficiently and professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media messages, and comments.
Address and manage online reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and automation software to improve response efficiency.
Work within Shopify to assist customers with orders, refunds, and general inquiries.
Maintain a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented tone in all communications.

Requirements:
Experience in ecommerce customer service, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Ability to manage large workloads efficiently while maintaining quality responses.
Proficiency with AI tools to streamline customer interactions.
Familiarity with Shopify and handling order-related inquiries.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate with the team as needed.
