Requirements:
Experience in ecommerce customer service, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Ability to manage large workloads efficiently while maintaining quality responses.
Proficiency with AI tools to streamline customer interactions.
Familiarity with Shopify and handling order-related inquiries.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate with the team as needed.
