Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with proven experience of US accounting practices to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with two business partners to manage and maintain accurate financial records. Ideally, candidates will have experience working with ecommerce companies and be comfortable managing accounts for multiple business entities (C-Corp and S-Corp).

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports as needed.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations.
Collaborate with both business partners to address financial concerns or inquiries.
Manage accounting records across multiple business structures (C-Corp and S-Corp).

Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience, particularly in US ecommerce accounting.
Prior experience working with E-commerce businesses is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software preferred QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
