We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic real estate VA who will be working on tasks relating to Australian real estate, for our property buyer's agency.

Our company is Australian Property Experts, a property buyer's agency focused on helping clients source and buy great investment properties at a great price.

Main tasks are:
- Contacting real estate agents to source off-market properties to purchase - via SMS, email, and potentially phone calls
- Assessing properties - using our checklist, client criteria, and looking for underpriced properties
- Writing up real estate property descriptions to present to our clients (buyers) via email
- Appraising property prices and rents based off recent comparable sales/rentals on RealEstate.com.au
- Other miscellaneous admin tasks to support the business and our principal
- Managing our CRM
- Sending out client updates via WhatsApp/email

Requirements:
- Experience with Australian real estate
- Knowledge of Australian cities and states preferred
- Fluent English - advanced level of English required
- Comfortable using Google Suite, Asana, Slack, etc.
- Passion to learn and grow

We are currently a very small team but we are growing quickly and will be looking to hire even more team members in the very near future.

Base pay for this role is currently $6USD/hr, with additional On Target Earnings of up to $200USD/month. There is also potential for increased pay in the future as you transition into a more senior position.
