Job Description

The mission of the Go High Level Wizard is to manage, setup, develop and deploy our client's agency accounts within our Go High Level system. You will be responsible for deploying Sub-Accounts and Snapshots, setting up automations and workflows, and configuration, deployment and onboarding of customized features per client such as setting up Text/Phone, email connections, calendar setup and more.

Specifically this role is suited for someone experienced working with Go High Level in a Marketing Agency environment would be ideal.

You should be able to write english fluently and communicate in English via video chat. You will be familiar with data processing (i.e. exporting CSV or Spreadsheet data and processing, uploading or otherwise utilizing it between systems or providing basic reports of success). You should be familiar with making an excell spreadsheet and editing existing spreadsheets. Must be a quick learner as the ability to work with our multiple tools and advertising dashboards to achieve success.

You should have experience maintaining, updating and modifing Go High Level automations, workflows, snapshots, and more. We will show you our sytems and teach you, but you need to posses a strong base knowledge of Go High Level around use for a marketing agency in order to succeed in this role.

Here is what success looks like in this role:
--------------------------------------------------------

- 1+ Year Experience with Go High Level (ideally you have managed or overseen many sub-accounts and automatiosn inside Go High Level before)

- Experience with Excell and spreadsheets for managing and collecting data, as well as willingness to collect data from web based tools and clients to import to Go High Level.

- Ability to communicate partially (at least part of your shift) during EST (-4 GMT) business hours. Our most successful team members typically work their daily shift somewhere between 7 am and 7 pm EST time zone so they can interact with our clients and other team members, but we do have some flexibility for the right candidate.



Things you will need:

- good consistent work hours (40 hours a week!) - NOTE we use time tracking software to make sure you get paid for your time!
- good internet that is reliable to be online those 40 hours!
- Access to a reliable computer, with chrome web browser, (We will provide all microsoft tools and software as part of Microsoft 365) as well as a remote desktop you can fully utilize for everything too.

Please be aware, assuming you want a 40 hour schedule, that schedule will need to partially include 7am to 7pm based on EST time zone (New York, USA),
and you will be expected to communicate via Microsoft Teams during those hours with the rest of our team.


Additionally, NOT required, but please tell us about yourself if you do have such experience:

Experience with these products/services : cPanel, Wordpress, Leadpages.com, Clickfunnels.com
Experience with Wordpress (Editing existing pages, any experience with plugins like WooCommererce, AllinOne SEO, please let me know)
Experience with Web Hosting (ftp, file permissions, database imports, troubleshooting server logs, etc)
Ability to answer phone calls in English is a plus - please let me know if you have ability for this.
Editing experience on Weebly Web Designer (ability to make minor edits, like placing a backlink, on an existing Weebly web page)
Experience with SEMRUSH, AHREFS, or other for SEO keyword analysis tools (or other similar ranking experience)
Experience at all with "Rank and Rent" concept web sites (Sites which are lead generation for many different niches)
