Hours: Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary: $8 - $15 USD/ hr
Payment: Weekly

Position: Executive and Personal Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive and Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of both professional and personal affairs, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic decision-making and driving the firm's growth. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills and a knack for anticipating needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.

Personal Support:
- Coordinate personal appointments, events, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Manage personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Provide support for family-related matters, including scheduling and coordination.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling personal matters.

Administrative Tasks:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Handle correspondence, including drafting and proofreading emails, letters, and reports.
- Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties to support the CEO and the broader team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a solutions-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the venture capital or finance industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
- A degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
