Executive Virtual Supervisor

You will be working with two USA business owners as their Executive Virtual Supervisor.
The interview process: 1st and 2nd interviews via WhatsApp during 9am-5pm US EST
The training period: 1-3month
The trial period for both you and the business owners:1-6 months

Qualifications: 1-2 years Supervisor and Management experience is a plus. Have high school diploma or degree, Show competence with organizational skills, human resource management, goal-oriented performances and Effectiveness for the business owners(personally and professionally)

After you have accepted the offer letter for this position you will complete ALL trainings, accelerate through the trial period by committing yourself to learning and trying hard after 6-12 months with the business owners.
You could be offered a full-time position that includes but not limited to the following:
-You will receive bi-weekly direct deposit pay via wise.com or onlinejobs.ph.
-You will have a monthly allowance from Grab app(car, food & services)
-You will have access to Manila Regus (Workspace Lounges that include Free wifi)
-You will have the opportunity to build up a Filipino team that supports their USA Business Staff & Owners.
-You will also have the opportunity to be invited to the owners business gathering at The Diamond Hotel in Manila at future date.

Compensation: Includes a base salary, sales/performance bonuses, allowance options* and Lounge Access to Regus Offices*
Offer Letter: Once you have interviewed, done your due diligence on LIFL LLC and one of our business owners might followed up with a progressive employment offer letter.
