Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination:
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables.
Update project trackers (e.g., spreadsheets) and provide weekly updates on progress.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
Administrative Support:
Manage Outlook and Google Calendars to optimize schedules.
Leverage CRM tools such as HubSpot to track and manage client interactions.
Ensure error-free documentation and communications.
Client & Team Engagement:
Handle personal gift-giving tasks, including gathering personal information and online shopping.
Build strong connections quickly and maintain a personable, professional demeanor.
Foster warm and personalized interactions—no stiff or robotic approaches.
Executive-Level Communication:
Deliver polished and error-free written and verbal communications.
Adapt communication styles to suit high-energy, high-D, and high-I (DISC) personalities.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Extensive experience in HubSpot
Advance
High-level proficiency in Outlook, Google Calendars, and spreadsheet tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring proactive problem-solving.

Working Hours & Compensation:
Must overlap at least 6 hours daily with Mountain Standard Time (Phoenix).
Full-time position starting at 20-30 hours per week, with room to expand.
