Executive Virtual Assistant for Amazon Business (Tech-Savvy & Adaptable)

We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy Executive Virtual Assistant to support the operations of our Amazon business. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, manage various aspects of e-commerce, and assist in day-to-day business tasks as needed. If you're resourceful, proactive, and a problem solver, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
we are owner run amazon store looking for an Executive assistant that can help with any items we need. ie. if we needed help for a landing page created on a new platform we have not used, like fast funnels, the client will work with us to learn and create the funnel. Really to help with anything we require.

The following are items we tend to and would require an extra hands on,

Provide executive-level support, handling a wide range of business tasks.
Assist with Amazon Seller Central operations, including inventory, listings, and performance monitoring.
Research and implement new tools and technologies to optimize business processes.
Manage communications, emails, and customer inquiries.
Assist with financial tracking, reporting, and administrative duties.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Help with content creation, basic graphic design, or marketing tasks if needed.
Adapt to various roles as required, ensuring seamless business operations.

*we are seeking someone with a willingness to learn and take action over any skills.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
some graphic design (photoshop/canva) skills
Strong tech skills and ability to learn new software/tools quickly.
Experience in e-commerce, preferably with Amazon Seller Central.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proactive mindset with a "figure it out" attitude.

Experience with automation tools, AI, and workflow optimization.
Familiarity with Amazon PPC, listing optimization, and analytics.
Knowledge of Shopify, Walmart, or other e-commerce platforms.
Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
