Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Christian Ministry & Entrepreneurial Support)
Location: Remote
Hours: Ongoing. 10–20 hours/week to start
Timezone Awareness: Must be able to communicate during daytime hours in Hawaii (HST)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience (PHP equivalent of USD $6–10/hr depending on skills)

Co-founder of an anti-human trafficking nonprofit with federal and state contracts
Director of a Christian ministry focused on housing and supporting trafficking survivors
Owner of a personal business (Veronica LLC) offering digital education and wellness content
Wife and mom to two school-aged kids, one of whom plays competitive volleyball
I lead with heart, purpose, and vision—but I need grounded, detail-oriented support to manage recurring admin, communications, and digital systems while I focus on the work only I can do.
About the Role
This is a part-time, remote Executive Assistant position supporting all areas of my work and personal life. You will be my right hand for administration, communication, light design, and online systems. You’ll receive instructions via voice message (Voxer or Zoom), and your job will be to turn those into structured action, completed tasks, and clear follow-through.
We will work together through:
Daily voice check-ins (via Voxer)
Daily task summaries & updates (via
Weekly or biweekly Zoom calls for co-working, feedback, and project planning
This role will evolve with the right person and could grow into full-time hours in the near future.
Tasks May Include
Admin & Communication
Typing and organizing notes from voice messages
Sending
Managing inbox, calendar, and scheduling requests
Booking appointments and organizing shared documents (Drive, Dropbox)
Project Support
Uploading content to websites and course platforms
Formatting PDFs and Canva documents
Drafting or scheduling
Updating Trello boards or similar task systems
Ministry & Nonprofit Support
Formatting and sending monthly
Organizing volunteer or donor lists
Uploading training content to learning platforms (Go HighLevel, Thinkific, or similar)
Preparing Zoom links, agendas, or call reminders
Business & Creative Tasks
Helping with social content (graphic design work with a bright clean feel, light editing of photos or reels, uploading (FB, IG, TT, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, etc)
Managing affiliate links or product tracking
Helping maintain the structure of digital products and funnels
Personal Support
Research (e.g. literacy tools for my child, travel planning, health appointments)
Creating simple schedules or checklists for home/family use
You Are:
Calm, consistent, and emotionally steady
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to follow through without reminders
Fluent in English (written + voice), with clear communication
Comfortable working with Christian ministry content and trauma-aware topics
Proactive and self-managing with time
Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
Able to work Hawaii Hours (GMT -10) Monday - Friday
