About the Role: Executive Virtual Assistant

This is more than just admin work—it’s a high-value support role where you’ll manage operations, communications, and creative projects that keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle admin tasks: data entry, invoicing, donation processing
• Manage email campaigns & client communications
• Update databases, documents & CRM systems
• Design flyers & social media content using Canva
• Prepare reports, letters, and marketing materials
• Coordinate projects & ensure smooth workflows

Who We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year remote VA experience (or relevant certifications)
• Excellent English (written & verbal)
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
• Bonus: Canva, QuickBooks, CRM experience
