We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant with experience in marketing, event planning, and business operations. This role goes beyond administrative tasks—it focuses on improving processes, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth business operations.
This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Strategy
* Manage and execute marketing campaigns across
* Promote podcast episodes and repurpose content into social media posts, blog articles,
* Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
* Oversee content scheduling and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Event Planning & Execution
* Coordinate vendor communications, speaker management, logistics, and attendee engagement.
* Develop and execute event marketing strategies to maximize attendance.
* Manage post-event follow-ups, surveys, and content repurposing.
Business Operations & Process Improvement
* Analyze and streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
* Implement automation and process improvements.
* Assist in transitioning from Calendly to Keap for CRM, scheduling, and
* Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recurring tasks.
* Research and implement tools that optimize operations.
Website & Digital Presence Management
* Update and manage the company website using
* Optimize web content with SEO best practices.
Client & Community Engagement
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
* Manage
* Support online community growth and audience building.
General Support & Adaptability
* Take on additional tasks as needed beyond the job description.
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Adapt to new challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications
* Experience in marketing, event planning, and business operations.
* Strong understanding of content repurposing, podcast promotion, and brand strategy.
* Ability to streamline processes and implement automation.
* Experience with CRM platforms (Keap preferred), website management (
* Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
* Proactive mindset, able to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred:
* Background in operations, systems optimization, or business consulting.
* Experience with analytics tools to measure and refine marketing performance.
* Knowledge of lead generation and audience engagement strategies.
