Your Role & Responsibilities

???? Sales Caller & Business Development

Make outbound calls to generate leads and secure new clients
Set appointments and follow up with potential business partners
Speak confidently and persuasively to build strong relationships
B2B & B2C outreach—work with clients across multiple industries

???? Executive VA & CRM Management

Assist in managing inbound and outbound calls professionally
Maintain and update our CRM system to track leads, sales, and follow-ups
Build business systems that improve efficiency and client relations
Handle email correspondence, calendar management, and administrative tasks

???? Client Relations & Business Growth

Develop client relationships and translate business opportunities into sales
Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies
Assist with marketing initiatives (social media, email campaigns, event coordination)
Who We’re Looking For

? Fluent English Speaker – You must speak and write English fluently with a professional, clear, and persuasive voice
? Strong Communication & Rapport-Building Skills – You’re confident, engaging, and can build trust over the phone
? Cold Calling & Sales Experience – At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or B2B/B2C sales
? CRM & Business System Knowledge – Familiarity with Pipedrive, Gigwell, Hubstaff, or similar platforms is preferred
? Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – You thrive on exceeding targets and growing the business
? Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner – You adapt quickly to new systems and optimize processes

Work Schedule & Compensation

? Work Hours: 9:00- 6:00 PM EST Business Hours
???? Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission bonuses for top performers
???? Location: 100% Remote – Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection
