Responsibilities of the Executive Sales Assistant:

Follow-Ups:
-Manage inbound leads with no outbound outreach required
-Respond promptly to incoming leads from Typeform and follow up via email and Instagram DMs
-Reach out to new leads, copy the coach, and provide necessary onboarding documents to initiate the sign-up process
-Send personalized welcome emails to new leads and continue to engage with prospects who have not yet converted
-Serve as the main point of contact between clients and coaches, ensuring seamless communication regarding updates and inquiries

CRM Management:
-Add new leads to the Monday.com CRM and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
-Assign leads to Assistant Coaches for follow-up and progression through the sales process
-Manage and maintain the Monthly Build Board and CRM Boards, ensuring they are consistently updated and reflect current lead statuses


Payment & Invoice Management:
-Resolve customer billing concerns and issues within Stripe in a timely and efficient manner
-Send billing-related communications, including payment reminders and overdue notices, to clients
-Monitor overdue invoices on platforms like Wave, Stripe, and Everfit, following up with clients as needed
-Process recharges for invoices using updated client credit card details when necessary
-Maintain and update records of clients with outstanding payments or expiring contracts
-Add and remove clients from platforms like Everfit to ensure proper account management

Team Coordination:
-Foster active communication and collaboration with coaches and the sales team to ensure a streamlined workflow

Time
Part-time, EST time zone 12:00pm-4:00pm (1am-5am MNL)
This is a remote position so you can have the freedom to work from anywhere
