We are currently seeking a talented and creative Executive Assistant to join our team. If you have worked with a CEO/ Entrepreneur as their personal assistant with a bit of content creation and have experience working with a business coach or coaching organization, we want to hear from you!


*Responsibilities:
Manage email inbox
Attend and respond to calls
Confirm appointments 24 hours ahead of meetings
Personal shopping assistant, Amazon, groceries etc.
LinkedIn communications
Blog writing
Responding to emails
Calendar bookings
Travel bookings
Basic website updates


* Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
Must complete the DISC assessment on Onlinejobs.ph (you will not be considered if not done)
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasting.
Experience working with a business coach or coaching organization is a bonus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
