We are currently hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of a successful Short Term Rental Business and assist in daily operations.
Requirements:
-Airbnb Expertise: Must be proficient in Airbnb, with at least 2 years of experience working with a short term rental company. Prior experience as an Airbnb customer service representative is a plus. Also must have experience working directly with Airbnb support to navigate policies effectively.
-Guest Communication & Customer Service: Will be responsible for responding directly to all Airbnb inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service and hospitality for our guests.
-Property Management Experience: At least two years of experience in property management is preferred.
-Maintenance Coordination: Must have experience handling maintenance requests and resolving property-related maintenance issues efficiently.
-Cleaning Crew Management: Must have experience scheduling and coordinating cleaning crews and be familiar with short-term rental cleaning policies to ensure all properties are properly maintained.
-Inventory Management: Must have experience with tracking and maintaining inventory, checking stock levels, and ordering supplies for properties, cleaners, and overall operations.
-Basic Bookkeeping: Must have basic bookkeeping knowledge and capabilities to assist with financial tracking and organization.
-Software Proficiency: Must be skilled in Breezeway and familiar with basic computer applications, including Excel, Word, Google Docs, and
-Crisis Management & Problem-Solving: Must be able to work well under pressure and handle emergency issues quickly and efficiently.
-Professional Communication: Must be highly professional, prompt, and excellent at problem-solving.
