JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Executive Assistant to support our leadership
team. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, website
management, and SEO, along with strong organizational skills and a creative eye for branding.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing
multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management:
-Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across various platforms.
-Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries/comments professionally.
-Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for growth.
2. Website Management:
-Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
-Collaborate with developers or designers for necessary improvements.
-Monitor site performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
3. SEO Optimization:
-Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
-Conduct keyword research and optimize web content accordingly.
-Monitor website analytics and adjust strategies to improve search rankings
4. Executive Support & Organization:
-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
-Organize and maintain files, reports, and confidential documents.
-Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations.
5. Branding & Creativity:
-Assist in designing and developing branding materials and marketing content.
-Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
-Generate innovative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, or a similar
role.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
-Proficiency in website management tools (WordPress).
-Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge with experience in keyword research.
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Creativity and keen attention to detail for branding initiatives.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
