With over 10 years in business and a team of 30 employees, the company successfully sold 150 cars last year. The CEO is a highly active individual who receives over 1,000 messages daily and needs strong digital management support.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and an independent problem solver.
Key Responsibilities:
(90% of the Role) Digital Communication Management:
Monitor and manage inbound messages across multiple platforms:
iMessage
WhatsApp
Instagram DMs
Organize and prioritize important messages, ensuring timely responses.
Categorize inquiries related to buying, selling, or restoring vehicles and flag urgent ones.
Maintain professional and efficient communication with high-net-worth clients, vendors, and partners.
Ensure the CEO only sees the most critical messages and doesn't get overwhelmed.
(10% of the Role) Research & Information Management:
Gather requested information on specific cars (e.g., “Give me details on the black [car model]”).
Research market trends, competitor pricing, and potential leads.
Assist with administrative tasks and data entry related to sales and inventory.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
Can work independently without constant guidance.
Comfortable handling high-volume messaging and digital communication.
Experience in luxury automotive, high-end sales, or executive assistance is a plus.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills—can filter out what’s important vs. non-essential.
Excellent written communication skills and professionalism when interacting with high-profile clients.
