About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Assistant who is experienced with GoHighLevel, has a background in (or knowledge of) the laboratory industry, and is skilled in social media marketing. This role will support our executive leadership team by managing daily operations, facilitating communication, and driving business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Management:
Set up and manage funnels, workflows, campaigns, and integrations.
Monitor and optimize CRM functions to boost client and customer engagement.
Administrative Support:
Manage executive calendars, set appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Organize travel, events, and other logistics as needed.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documents.
Laboratory Industry Liaison:
Provide insights drawn from previous experience in a laboratory or related environment.
Coordinate with lab staff or external partners on testing schedules, sample handling, and reporting processes.
Social Media & Marketing:
Oversee social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and reach.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create content, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
Project Coordination:
Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
Collaborate across teams to maintain smooth workflows and meet objectives.
Communication & Relationship Management:
Handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely responses and high-level professionalism.
Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience in GoHighLevel: At least 2 years working with funnels, campaigns, workflows, and automations.
- Industry Background: Experience in the laboratory industry (or a related field) is strongly preferred.
- Social Media Knowledge: Familiar with managing business social media accounts, content planning, and basic analytics.
- Administrative & Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent Communication: Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across tasks and projects.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for social media graphics.
