Job Title: Virtual Psychometrician and Executive Assistant (Remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Psychometrician and Executive Assistant to support multiple facets of our operations. This hybrid role involves providing administrative and executive-level support while assisting with psychological assessments and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in psychometrics and experience with administrative management, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and tasks. Significant availability during USA Eastern or Pacific time zone business hours is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Psychometrician Duties:
• Administer psychological and educational assessments in a virtual setting.
• Score assessments accurately using provided tools and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to privacy regulations, including HIPAA and FERPA.
• Communicate effectively with school psychologists, educators, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Maintain and organize confidential client records and data.
• Stay updated on best practices in psychological assessments and tools.

Executive Assistant Duties:
• Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings using tools like Google Calendar and Calendly.
• Monitor and manage email accounts via Kajabi, ensuring timely responses and organized inboxes.
• Provide excellent customer service through client calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Implement and manage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows.
• Engage with communities via CRM tools, fostering positive relationships and addressing concerns.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing projects using tools like Slack.
• Conduct research and compile detailed information for decision-making and content preparation.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized systems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred but not required for executive tasks).
• Proven experience in administrative roles or psychometric assessment tasks.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Calendar, Calendly, Kajabi, and Slack.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier and CRM systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations, including HIPAA and FERPA.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with psychometric assessment tools (e.g., WISC, BASC, Woodcock-Johnson).
• Experience managing complex schedules and handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of project management tools and data analysis.
