Executive Assistant for Influencer Marketing Agency

I'm Brandon Pourmorady, founder at Adhesive Media (adhesivemedia.com). We specialize in getting sponsorship deals for YouTube channels. Every month, we have hundreds of sponsored integrations go live and we are looking to hire an EA to coordinate these sponsored integrations.

We are hiring someone to:
- Coordinate sponsored integration placements between YouTubers and Sponsors via email communication.
- Ensure YouTubers get their talking points guidelines & samples for the ad on time.
- Manage statuses for each sponsored integration in our project management tool (Airtable)

Mandatories:
- Must have perfect written and verbal English communication
- Must have strong internet & WFH setup
- Must work US hours (CST or EST)
- Will do a paid 2 week trial, then shift to Full-Time
- Looking for someone to join long-term
