We're seeking an exceptional individual who can seamlessly perform dual roles as an Executive Assistant and Loan Processor to support this new endeavor.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly intelligent and business-savvy professional to support our founder in launching and growing a new venture in the financial services industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the business, requiring expertise in both executive assistance and loan processing, ideally with experience in the New Zealand or Australian markets.
Key Responsibilities
? Executive Assistance:
? Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
? Handle correspondence, including
? Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
? Conduct research and analyze data to support business decisions.
? Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
? Keep the founder accountable to goals and deadlines.
? Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
? Liaise with clients, partners, and tea
? Manage confidential information with discretion.
? Loan Processing:
? Oversee loan application processes from initiation to completion.
? Verify applicant information and ensure compliance with regulations.
? Coordinate with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders.
? Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions.
? Personal assistance
? Managing Personal inbox
? Helping to arrange personal to-dos
Qualifications
? Executive Assistance:
? 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the finance industry
? Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
? Loan Processing:
? Experience in loan processing within the financial services sector.
? Familiarity with New Zealand or Australian financial markets is highly preferred.
