MD Can Help is a highly respected physician coaching group that has helped over 700 doctors overcome burnout and build fulfilling careers.
We are fixing the broken U.S. healthcare system one doctor at a time and are growing rapidly. Our CEO, Dr. Gail Gazelle, is a recognized thought leader in physician coaching, and our VP, Daavi Gazelle, leads business growth efforts.
We are looking for a driven, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Content Manager to help run our day-to-day operations so we can focus on growth.
You will report directly to the VP (Daavi) and will be a key player in our business.

Compensation & Perks
$1,000-$2,000 per month depending on experience
Flexible remote work (must work Eastern Time hours, 9-5 ET)

Your Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management
Create weekly content briefs with:

14 short-form video scripts
1 long-form video script
Coordinate video production:
Work with Dr. Gazelle to get raw video footage
Send files to our editors, manage revisions, and schedule posts
Manage Instagram & TikTok engagement (comments, DMs, responding to followers)
Collect & post client video testimonials on our website
Executive Admin & Calendar Management
Manage VP & CEO calendars (confir
Book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements
Order & send client welcome packages (including Patagonia sweaters)
Track invoices & handle small financial tasks
Project & Task Management
Track ongoing projects and remind the VP/CEO of unfinished tasks
Send weekly sales reports to the team every Monday
Handle additional administrative & organizational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
Fluent English (both written & spoken)
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Content Management role
Tech-savvy (comfortable using ChatGPT, Google Suite, and scheduling tools)
Detail-oriented & highly organized (you love to-do lists and checking off tasks)
Can work Eastern Time hours (9-5 ET)
Preferred (But Not Required)
Knowledge of digital marketing & social media growth
Familiarity with physician coaching/healthcare
Experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
