Hey! I'm Ryan, CEO of Tell Studios and a self-proclaimed "idea factory." I run a video production company AND a thought leadership practice, which means... yeah, there's a lot happening! Looking for an EA who can catch my 2am voice notes and turn them into actual things that happen.
The Real Deal About Working With Me:
* I'm a classic "Quick Start" - tons of ideas, rapid-fire changes, always chasing the next big thing
* You'll get tasks in every format imaginable (voice notes, texts, random "hey what if we..." conversations)
* Plans change. A lot. Sometimes mid-plan. Sometimes mid-sentence.
* I need someone who can say "Hey Ryan, love that idea, but can we finish X first?" (and actually mean it!)
Your Day Might Look Like This:
8am: Check inbox, find 5 voice notes from my midnight brainstorm
9am: Turn those ideas into an actual plan while managing existing projects
10am: Gently remind me about that thing I promised to deliver today
11am: Reorganize the week because I just had a BRILLIANT NEW IDEA
2pm: Help manage podcast production while juggling client meetings
4pm: Keep everything running while I'm off chasing the next big thing
You'll Be Perfect If:
- You love creating order from chaos (and I mean LOVE it)
- You're cool with plans changing but know how to keep critical stuff on track
- You can build systems that bend but don't break
- You're comfortable saying "not yet" to my 17th new idea this week
- You have a sense of humor (non-negotiable!)
- You've got at least 2 years of EA experience (bonus if it was with another idea-generating entrepreneur)
The Tech You Need to Know:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive - the works)
- TidyCal, Vidlead, ChatGPT, 1Password
- Bonus points: Go High Level, Kajabi, Canva, Xero
Show me you're the one by sending an
1. Your updated resume (obviously)
2. Your salary expectation
3. Answers to these real scenarios:
a. I just sent you 5 voice notes at midnight about a new project. Walk me through exactly how you'd handle that the next morning.
b. We have three client deadlines this week, but I want to start a new initiative RIGHT NOW. What do you say/do?
c. How would you organize tasks that come from different places (voice notes, texts,
d. Tell me about a time you had to organize someone else's chaos. What systems did you create? Did they stick?
e. How do you rank these (and why): Business, Friends, Family, God, Personal
The Secret Code: Put "Chaos Whisperer! ????" in your
What Happens Next:
In the spirit of fairness, we will accept all applications. BUT only those who followed instructions will be evaluated for screening, so please read to the end.
If we like what we see:
1. We'll send you an initial written interview.
2. We'll invite you to do a fun test project (think: organize a mock week of my typical chaos)
3. Shortlisted applicants will receive an invitation to hop on a video call to see if we click
3. Maybe do a trial run ( probationary period with pay) to make sure we're a perfect match
The Fine Print:
Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM ET (40 hours/week) remote work
Must be comfortable with constant change
Should enjoy the challenge of bringing method to the madness
One More Thing...
This role isn't just about keeping me organized - it's about being the steady force that helps turn big ideas into reality. You'll need patience, humor, and the ability to stay calm when everything changes (because it will!).
Ready to be the yin to my yang? The order to my chaos? The list-maker to my idea-generator? Let's talk! ????
