Executive Assistant - Short-Term Rentals and Real Estate Properties

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to oversee and optimize our short-term rental (STR) portfolio and real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property management and familiarity with tools like Hostaway, Pricelabs, and Turno to ensure efficient operations and maximum revenue.


Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize short-term rental listings across various platforms to increase bookings.
- Coordinate property maintenance, vendor relationships, and scheduling.
- Utilize Hostaway, Pricelabs, and Turno to manage properties efficiently and maximize revenue.
- Handle tenant communications, lease agreements, and rent collection for real estate properties.
- Prepare and monitor reports to track property performance and key metrics.
- Provide administrative support, including task organization, scheduling, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.


Qualifications:
Must Have:

- Experience: While STR experience or Real Estate property management is highly preferred with at least 2+ years experience, we are open to candidates who demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to the demands of the role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Hostaway, Pricelabs, and Turno.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively.
- Tech-savvy and resourceful in problem-solving.



***Preferred:
Hands-on STR experience is a major advantage.
Candidates without STR experience must demonstrate a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to property management tools and systems.
