Your Role

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.

You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client

Is a renowned photography studio based in Austin, specializing in professional headshots and personalized photography experiences. Our mission is to deliver dynamic, flattering portraits for both individuals and businesses. With a strong reputation for quality and professionalism, we take pride in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our clients.

We are currently seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team to support our daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our growing studio.

Responsibilities:
- Handle scheduling, emails, and appointments.
- Manage billing processes and transition to a prepayment or automated system.
- Organize and respond to emails, ensuring efficient communication.
- Oversee CRM updates and client progress tracking.
- Implement automation tools for scheduling and client follow-ups.
- Utilize software features, resolve issues, and liaise with customer support.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in key projects like transitioning billing systems.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in an Executive Assistant or Operations Assistant role.
- 3+ years in an admin role that demanded technical integrations and creative solutions for automations.
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software like Acuity, 17hats, and HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with minimal accent.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Experience creating detailed Standard Operating Procedures.

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

- $800-$1300 depends on experience
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
- Start date: October 21
