What Does the Role Entail?
As a Market Hill Executive Assistant, your role is versatile and designed around each client’s unique needs.

This is a remote, full-time position supporting North American clients, so flexibility is key.

Your responsibilities will vary, requiring a proactive mindset and impeccable organizational skills to ensure our clients’ goals are consistently met with excellence.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Key Responsibilities:
* Email and Calendar Management:
Maintain and organize the client’s email inbox and calendar. Prioritize, respond to, and schedule all client communications and appointments. Keep the client informed of important updates and ensure efficient handling of messages.

* Task and Project Coordination:
Execute assigned tasks such as project research, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination with flexibility and attention to detail.

* Relationship Building and Collaboration:
Serve as a primary point of contact with team members, stakeholders, and the client’s network. Collaborate seamlessly across teams and with external contacts to support the client’s priorities.

* Problem-Solving and Innovation:
Identify ways to improve scheduling and operational processes using innovative technology and scheduling practices.

* Daily Operations Support:
Provide consistent support in daily operations to ensure client commitments, both professional and personal, are met.

* Professional Representation:
Represent the client professionally in all interactions, maintaining a high standard of communication and conduct.

* Continuous Learning and Development:
Engage in ongoing training and skill enhancement to ensure the highest level of support.

* CRM and Technology Management:
Use CRM tools effectively to manage relationships, ensuring accurate data and timely updates.
