We are expanding our operations and seeking a high-level Executive Assistant with proven experience in supporting an executive business owner, managing complex tasks, and driving strategic initiatives. We are looking for an individual to join our team and work remotely from the Philippines as we are based in Australia (Remote, based in the Philippines, working on Australian Eastern Time Zone 8/9 AM - 5 PM)

Position Overview: The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful launch of our online video course. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Kajabi, possess excellent English language skills, and be highly detail-oriented. They should also be able to pre-empt requirements, provide secure assistance with
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with final tweaks and changes to the Kajabi site.
Develop and implement a comprehensive checklist for a successful launch.
Ensure all elements for a successful launch are covered and actioned.
Provide secure assistance with the
Set up and manage
Design and deliver
Monitor and manage
Assist with creating and managing sales pages for different client types.
Help set up and monitor a
Assist with Zoom calls, monitoring participant questions, and providing support.
Edit videos, add captions, and utilise AI tools like Opus Clips, Descript, and Capcut.
Provide Canva training and create designs as needed.
Utilise Excel spreadsheets for data management and analysis.
Assist with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sending connection invitations, and managing leads.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Kajabi and launching online video courses.
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
Familiarity with Kajabi
Experience with video editing and captioning tools like Opus Clips, Descript, and Capcut.
Proficiency in Canva and design skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Strong communication skills and availability for Zoom calls.
