Job Opening: Executive Assistant & Business Development Coordinator
(Full-Time, Remote – Philippines)
Join a small, family-run international business. We’re looking for someone experienced, sincere, and proactive to handle business follow-ups, inbox management, social media ads, supplier coordination, and more. You’ll be trained across areas and work with our remote teams in India and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with clients, manage inbox & calendar
• Track leads, post social media ads, assist with hiring
• Coordinate contracts, suppliers, and basic research
• Work independently and communicate effectively
Requirements:
• 7–10 years’ experience, with 4+ years in one company
• Good English, clear communicator, steady work history
• Prior admin or business development background
• Comfortable with tools like Zoho CRM, Google Docs, Hubstaff
Compensation:
• $250–450/month base (based on experience)
• Incentives, annual bonus, and 3-year loyalty bonus
Time Off:
• 6-day work week
• Choose any 6 days off/month (non-consecutive)
• 7-day holiday annually + break from Dec 26–Jan 2
