We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support business and personal operations, including
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Organizational Tasks
Manage
Maintain and update calendar, schedule appointments
Organize files and handle basic admin tasks
Microsoft Suite & Research
Proficiency in Excel (data management, reports, analysis, etc.)
Create basic graphic design (presentations, marketing materials)
Conduct research (e.g., comparing products, services, or solutions)
Travel & Scheduling Assistance
Coordinate flights, hotels, and transportation based on preferences (e.g., Delta Airlines)
Optimize travel plans for efficiency and cost
Airbnb Management
Send welcome messages to guests
Manage booking calendar
Handle guest correspondence and issue resolution
Security & Confidentiality
Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
? Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
? Excellent
? Strong organizational and research abilities
? Basic graphic design experience (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
? Experience in travel planning & coordination
? Comfortable managing Airbnb guest communication & bookings
? Ability to handle confidential information securely
