Executive Assistant - Accounting/Bookkeeping Firm
We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support two partners in a growing accounting/bookkeeping firm. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management for both partners, including scheduling client calls
- Client onboarding assistance and follow-up communications (we use tax-dome for client onboarding)
- Team coordination and communication facilitation
- Development and maintenance of organizational systems
- Problem-solving to eliminate time-draining tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive mindset with ability to suggest improvements
- Basic understanding of accounting/bookkeeping business (or willingness to learn)
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Write apples and oranges in the title when you're applying.
- Experience with calendar and productivity tools
- Fluent in English

This is a part time position within our fast growing company. We are generous with promotions, bonuses, and raises. Part time position for the first couple of weeks then if qualified, it will transition to a full time position.
