Executive Assistant

Job Overview
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support our company’s key executives in both personal and business tasks.

Prior experience as an executive assistant is required, along with excellent spoken and written English skills.

This position demands a high level of commitment, including occasional after-hours availability. In exchange, you'll gain valuable insight into how a business functions behind the scenes, be professionally challenged, and have many opportunities for career development. We're looking for a long-term team member to grow with us.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct various research tasks (from finding local vendors to problem-solving business challenges)
- Draft and send emails to customers, vendors, and partners (as a “ghostwriter” and on behalf of the team)
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Arrange travel plans for executives and the team (both business and personal)
- Handle office management duties (ordering supplies, coordinating schedules, etc.)
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant
- Highly professional, with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent English skills (both verbal and written), including the ability to make calls in English
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive – able to anticipate needs and solve problems
- Comfortable learning and using new tools
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly dependable
- Seeking a long-term position with opportunities for growth
- Available 8 AM - 5 PM (standard hours), with flexibility to assist outside of working hours

Hours
Standard hours are 8 AM - 5 PM US MT, but flexibility is required for availability outside of working hours as needed.
