About Us:
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our founder. The ideal candidate will have experience managing inboxes and calendars for executives. You will work closely with the founder to ensure that company goals and objectives are moved forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the founder’s
- Assistance with sales follow ups, proposal preparation, and CRM updates
- Assistance with bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Agency project budget monitoring and financial reporting
- Data entry, research, and travel booking support as needed
- Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistency and scalability in company operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Must be available from 9am to 5pm CT
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software or platforms like QuickBooks.
- Ability to create weekly or monthly reports summarizing key updates, such as sales pipeline, budget status, and project tracking.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving potential inefficiencies.
